IMPORTANT:

As a working sheep farm, biosecurity is an integral part of our everyday life.

Biosecurity relates to preventive measures designed to reduce the risk of transmission of infectious diseases, invasive pests or weeds.

Good biosecurity practices prevent the spread of infectious disease and invasive pests or weeds between farms as well as protecting Australia from diseases and weeds that occur overseas and following biosecurity procedures reduces risks to farmers.

With the recent outbreaks of FMD (Foot and Mouth Disease) and LSD (Lumpy Skin Disease) in Indonesia, it is particularly important that we are vigilant and preventative.

It is important that anyone who enters a farm or production space has been tested for risks if you have recently travelled to areas of risk.

We must ask you to respect this and not to wear or bring any possible contaminations, including soil from shoes and other foreign materials.
